   Most of the staff are so rude here!! I went in today and they were all shouting to each other across the store about how a colleague left 10 minutes early. Very unprofessional. They were too busy standing around and gossiping (literally for the 45 mins straight that I was there for) to bother to put the food away. Food, trolleys and boxes all over the place causing trip hazards and meaning you have to tidy up after them to get your shopping and letting food thaw. Not good at all

   Got a delivery with Uber it's from here and they said there wasn't certain items, here's the replacements I received....instead of chicken breasts they gave me biscuits, instead of ice cubes they gave me frozen vegetables, and instead of milk they gave me bottled water......I'm not sure who is doing the packing there but they need their head checking, I've contacted Uber eats and they are going to refund me for what was missing

   Didn’t even realise this little gem was located at the old Waitrose site. It’s a brilliant shop. Offers everything and frozen food is easy to find. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely be going there again to do my main shop.

   Was great when it first opened, now you can find yourself waiting round by the checkouts for an age before someone comes. Iceland seem to be yet another company taking advantage of world events to increase their prices, disgusting really because the justification for the increases is pathetic.

   Went shopping there today. Have been going to Iceland for years never had to complain before. But the women who served us at the tills today , was so rude I needed to split my bill with my daughter, so asked if we could pay half and half. Never had a problem before bit her attitude was discusting . Pulled a face as if no one had ever asked before I am not going I nto my fiance s with anyone I only wanted to pay half. We payed her but she could not be bothered to even thank us properly only had a grunt. I did say to my daughter someoneikes her job but she made me feel awful. Not sure if I will ever shop there again. I may have only spent £80.00 bit the way things are that was all I can afford. Sorry to the lovely people who work up barry town, you are all lovely people but this women made me feel awful

   Handy shop to have locally. Lots of space and easy access. Huge variety of chilled and frozen food as well as the essentials. They also have the best tiger bread. Definitely check used by dates on chilled food as a lot seems to be the next day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check outs can be quite irritating i think there are 4 or 5 but only 1 ever seems to be open so always a queue so be prepared for a wait.
