   So today I was sent alcohol instead of the groceries I ordered. On the phone was a nightmare until speaking with the staff from cowbridge road. They were so helpful, they even went out of there way to drop off my groceries. Honestly what a bunch of great people, very understanding and blatantly showed their care for customers even though they didnt have too. Thank you

   Parking can be tricky at peak times, expect less choice here and higher prices, the store is small, even for an express. However, it doesn’t what it says on the tin, some offers and reduced deals to be had. Now has 3 self checkouts for speed, plus a handy Hermes parcel printer for postal needs, which is usually operational, not always. Handy little shop to have locally, open until 11pm most nights for those essentials.

   There's only two members of staff that are lovely here. A girl called Tanesha and a guy in his early thirties with dark hair and glasses. They are both really lovely. There is a skinny blonde woman with short hair past her ears, who is extremely rude. No manners, thinks its OK to lean over a customer when they are struggling to pick something heavy up. Then just ignored me when I asked if I could grab my stuff. Horrible and miserable. Very rude to other customers too. Parking is awful, it gets very very busy here on a Sunday when all the main shops are closed. I dread going in this shop

   Bit more expensive than the bigger stores but open late on Sunday nights which is brilliant if you need a little milk/food or even top up the gas or electric

   Expect to pay a little more for the convenience of using a Tesco Express. Very small and cramped store, always busy. Cash machine outside and very poor parking because of the location.
