I would like to thank the member of staff named Denise who was working on the chocolate isle. Even though she was new to the store, not only did she go out of her way to search for Christmasy Gluten free chocolate in other isles, she found some after not seeing any the first time and came and found me at the till which made my day. Credit to your store Thanks Merry Christmas

Came here to shop for some frozen foods at 3pm today and had an amazing interaction with the staff member working there, I believe Lee was his name. I suffer from quite bad knee and back pains and I'd fallen to my knees infront of him and he lifted me up and proceeded to give a speech that inspired me so much it cured my back and knee pains and had me sprinting down the Isles wrestling a short chubby ginger kid for the last lego set, he didn't stand a chance. I went to return to the frozen Isles to thank Lee for his miracle he had bestowed upon me, only to find that he was being surrounded by several big muscly oiled up guys and I watched in horror, thinking that I'd have to watch modern day jesus get manhandled by these intimidating men, but in a blink, they were all face down looking like they had just been on a mythical pub crawl but it was none other than Lee, he had heroicly saved himself and everyone else from the big oiled up men, truly the hero this tescos extra frozen isle needed

Tesco Culverhouse Cross β Self-Checkout Staff I left this store feeling very upset after my recent visit. As a Muslim customer, I felt that the way the self-checkout staff treated me was unfair and discriminatory. Their attitude toward me was noticeably different from how they interacted with other shoppers, and the tone they used made me feel singled out and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the experience came across as biased and left me feeling disrespected. No customer should feel that way, and I hope Tesco takes this seriously and ensures all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

Awful "customer service" there this evening from 2 members of staff at the Culverhouse cross store!! We did our food shop and as we were leaving decided to buy some sparklers from their firework stand. I went to the service desk where a very unfriendly female mumbled about it not being open and had no idea what the opening hours were for that stand!! I asked her to find out so she called for a colleague. After a long wait, a young boy came along and I asked him if I could buy some sparklers. He was as gormless and unhelpful as she was! Kept saying its not open, there's no one manning it, it would only be open the following day if there was someone to cover it (?!!) and he wouldn't help me with it as he was on lunch (at 7pm) Why did he answer her call if he was on lunch?? Tesco, why do you bother having a fireworks stand if it's not manned and you have no competent staff to sell the goods?? How do "individuals" like these 2 get jobs in customer service, when they are not intelligent enough to understand what that means? Their sparkling personalities certainly didn't get them the job I know that much!! I'll take my custom elsewhere from now on. Tesco do better!!!

Not enough manned checkouts. Great store for a big shop, but only 2 checkouts open with huge queues for each, which is absurd. All customers complaining about the wait, and cashiers agreeing itβs awful. Self checkout is fine for a few items, but definitely not for a big trolley full of shopping. Thereβs a delay scanning and weighing every item, itβs not ergonomic, bags mess up the scales, everything needs age verification, and itβs generally just too much of a faff for more than a basket of shopping. Tesco needs to re-evaluate and reinstate manned checkouts, at least 5 during peak times, or customers will go to supermarkets who actually employ staff instead.

Ordered a phone on the seventh of November and had to delay the delivery as it was being sent to the wrong address. Yesterday I was told I can't reorder until the sixteenth of December as I'm on a tariff ? Dreadful service Tesco.

Best Tesco around - shame it's no longer 24 hours but 6am-midnight is good. Pharmacy here is open until 8pm and they're great too. Big store, lots of choice. A few other good shops within a short drive too - TK Maxx, McDonalds, the Range, B&M, Aldi, etc.

Not my normal Tesco store. However, we went because of size and the additional stock, that my usual Tesco's lack. Lots of parking. The addition of a dedicated sports shop with was good. The phone shop was small but the staff were friendly. A wide range of good would shop here again

Huge..... It's not my neighbourhood, I am a visitor here. Visited with a friend and was surprised to see a massive space. Very good collection, specifically the clothing section is spectacular. Loved shopping there. Outside free parking like all extra. Customer service was good also.

Come here now itβs stead of extra Cardiff because itβs less busy and always stocked. This branch has polite staff that are always willing to help. In this store there is always an Evans and burtons on the top floor alongside a big F&F section. I feel this store is bigger with a better range. Down stairs also has an H&B. Itβs conveniently located with fuel and a car wash.
