Pre-sales service was personable and friendly. We agreed on the kitchen and fittings and overall everything went smoothly, a little slower than planned, but the weather at the time was particularly bad. The kitchen has seen it's first anniversary and we are still happy with it.
Disappointing, after sales service and quality of both fitting and fixtures very poor, lots of issues in a kitchen within a few years. Would not use this company again. Ceiling lights nearly all replaced, freezer door hanging off, washing machine leaks, draw handles fell off within a couple of months, cabinet door fitting. Asked them to help, they just gave us a number of their plumber who was coming last week, but never showed up.
