Went for a quick pit stop before a long drive back home, store seemed reasonably clean. The gentleman on the till who served us was very helpful and had great customer service.
Messy floors and aisles in the evenings, always queues, some staff nice, some staff in the way or unhelpful or having loud convos across the store, self-service tills either won't scan or you have to wait a long time for a staff member to verify an item, been closed on a few occasions during their opening times, security guards are always very nice though and more helpful than some of the younger staff members.
- Randomly closes. Walk up here "sorry closed for painting" "sorry closed for staff breaks".. no point wasting time going there if it might be closed. - Evri machine been out of order for months and months -self serve scanners can be so annoying.. try cleaning the glass once on a while! -constantly boxes of food, cardboard, crates littering the floors, have to look where you going or could trip.
I recently visited the Tesco Express near my home and was impressed by the convenient location and wide selection of products. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed for my weekly shopping, including fresh produce, meats, and dairy products. The prices were also competitive. Overall, a great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning.

Staff are lovely but management need to take a look what’s going on in their shop. Most understaffed shop I’ve ever been in. Queues going round the isles only one staff member at the till, they expect everyone to use self checkout which barely works, needs constant attention and only takes card! I feel sorry for the staff being left at the deep end constantly. Very poor management.

1 self checkout machine needed a store log in and the other user needed assistance. Lady on the till didn’t notify anyone, she was already aware of it and continued to serve other people. Que building up and after 5 mins of waiting i left
They have most of your essential grocery items, and more - all at reasonable prices. There's a friendly team of staff at the tills to help, and the store is conveniently situated. A happy and regular customer!
