Very Often go there as it is so very handy up top of Ebbw vale. Sat on the right hand side at the start of Tredegar road as you head to Tredegar, Hill Top Mini Mart is a very handy place, set in a recess, with a good amount of parking for customers, they sell all kinds of edibles/drinks/top ups/tobacco, just about everything you could want.
After visiting this chip shop on numerous occasions,I find that the cod is cut very thin,the batter is never crispy but slimey,the fish dips are disgusting ,my advice to anyone using this chip shop to just go for the chips and fruity curry sauce which is nice , don't even get me started on the waiting time ,only ever one serving ,if there is a couple in front of you take a news paper with you and you will be able to read it from front to back before you get served
Prices soaring since they moved shop. Food not as nice as used to be!
I popped in here whilst waiting for my fish and chips from vale chip shop . Good prices and bargains
Good place to go if you haven't got a car as they even have the hairdressers up there to as well as a great fish bar.
