Always friendly and helpful in here, and they have had to deal with so much hassle over the years from shoplifters etc
I had a very bad experience at One Stop Cardiff. During my visit, the store manager, Lolu, spoke to me in a very rude way and even started shouting for no reason. It was shocking and extremely disrespectful. Based on my experience, the customer service in this store is really poor. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Very disappointed.
Online the closing time is till 10 pm but when I went to the shop it was closed due to staff shortage. There was a print out on the door.
Ordered through just eat , but as the person in the store was a rush to close the store they gave the driver the wrong order and when we finnaly got hold of the person they told lies on the phone , saying it's getting packed now then suddenly changed his mind and said aww no no sorry can't help now and said go through just eat , but then I said I couldn't they said deal with the shop he hung up on me and refused to answer the phone .
Love my local shop. Staff are good and friendly. Loui is always ready for a chat and cheer me on my training runs

Great little convenience store. Staff always friendly. 1 star knocked off for not selling Braeburn apples anymore :( but love it when you hear "YOU'RE BANNED!!!"
A friendly local licenced minimarket that sells a wide variety of products. There is an onsite Post office. Open 6am til 10pm seven days a week.
This shop has such lovely, most friendly, helpful and happy staff. It's got a decent variety of groceries that are always fresh. Great Dog treats. Good range of Vape products. Its very clean. Defo recommend.
