   Always fantastic value. Obviously they don't have the RANGE of fruit and veg that a supermarket would, but what you do buy is good quality, and for basic veg you wont go wrong. They also have huge bunches of fresh herbs at outstanding value. Not the skinny stuff you get in Tesco. The parsley has proper thick stems and lush leaves. If you like cooking proper food, this is the place to come. Excellent. Also they have good deals on bedding plants and some other seasonal goods.

   If you want top quality fruit and veg you have to go to Canton fruit Market..You can find pretty much everything you need and there are so many bargins, the quality is superb, the staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. I'm on that health band wagon so this shop has been a life saver. My healthy home made smoothies and Juices taste incredible. 5 star rating from me

   great selection with very good quality and prices. cheaper than lidl i think, too! very friendly lady who works there. it's cash only but there's multiple cash points nearby at the PO and co op so it's not an issue

   Whenever we visit here, we have lots of green veg in our food for the week which can only mean it's very healthy to shop here. Also if you like -hot- chilli then you will really enjoy the heat from their chillies!
