Paul and his team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which was invaluable as I was setting up my first offices for sentinel procurement . There were no pushy sales tactics — just an honest question about whether I wanted new or used furniture. Once that was clear, Paul showed me a range of “as new” options that fit my needs perfectly and offered surprisingly great value. Delivery and assembly were all arranged smoothly. A great bunch of people who went the extra mile to get two very affordable chairs to me on a prompt timescale. The chairs were described as used by Probyns but were immaculate when received and are used daily with much satisfaction.
I went to buy quality card paper for some certificates. On the side of caution there are restrictions as you can only stand by the the entrance door and not go into the shop. They lady was very helpful showing me different weight paper. I got a lovely hand written receipt which was very nostalgic! I remember their original stationary shop in Bradford City centre many many years ago! It was heaven for a graphics and arts student like me... Good times. Btw their used furniture prices are very fair (I know because I've looked at office chair prices for months till the right one came along on a popular bidding site so I know a bit about the prices). I'm told that they list things on their used furniture website.
Excellent service from all the staff! Called in last minute on Friday for a comfier work from home chair, no pressure sales more than happy to advice on everything (and I'm a fussy customer!) Bought an awesome Humanscale chair at a bargain price, will be back again in the future!
