    Was having a lot of problems with my vape so decided there was need for a change. Went in to the shop and was greeted by a lovely lady named Ginger. With her expertise she spent time willingly going through different vapes, juices etc. Alongside her was another colleague Dave who also joined in the conversation with professionalism. This is the best shop in town where customer service is the key. Always on hand to help either by phone or face to face if experiencing difficulties or general advice.

    Went it to get some coils with my 7 year old son (during pandemic) he was nowhere near anyone only us in the store person behind the plastic barrier and was 2 meters away. Got told only 1 person allowed in the store advised I'm a single parent they said to leave my 7 year old outside the store (who would leave a 7 year old outside a store) I left the store as I was not willing to do this. Terrible service when I or my son were nowhere near anyone to cause issue this shop will never get my custom again and I will make sure friends and family know.

    Having broken my vape somehow I contacted the store via the chat link on the website. I was told that officially the store will not be able to do repairs but to pop in and see what could be done. The man in store very kindly fixed my vape free of charge and with a smile. I have to give the team 5 * for their help and good service
