   Staff is rude,unprofessional,racist .My spouse buy jacket on 19 December 25.When I checked it it was very loose.Went to store after one day.There was a gentleman (tall 60+) and he pointed one spot on jacket and said it’s dirty.Moreover he said he will give my feedback to all treaspass store not to take this back.I didn’t even notice this.Please avoid this shop.

   Racist and unprofessional staff! I went today 29th November 2021 in the morning (around 10:00 am) to return a hat I bought for my daughter as it didn't fit her. I had the receipt and the hat had the label on it. A sooner the staff ( a tall, bold man and a short woman dressed in a black uniform and glasses) heard my accent, they didn't like the idea of me returning the hat. They had a disgusting attitude towards me. On the one hand, I got my bank card out for the money to be refund in to my account and the man snatched it from my hand. I was in shock. I thought : OMG, Is this really happening? How rude this guy is... On the other hand, the woman who was doing the operation of the refunding was shouting at me. I think she thought I was deaf. Having an accent does not mean that a person is deaf . I perfectly understood everything she said to me. I felt offended and discriminated by them. These two individuals have got no manners. They should be sent to do a discrimination training.

   Returned jackets two times for becoming unstiched at different places. Lady said it was my prerogative not to buy this brand anymore. Spot on. Terrible customer service and experience.

   I recently purchased a jacket from trespass for my wife . Having only Worn the jacket a handful of times there seemed to be abnormal amount of down coming out of the jacket. I understand that there is always going to be certain amount of feathers but this was ridiculous. So my wife decided to return the jacket, but I'd lost the receipt and payed cash so there was not paper trail to prove we'd actually purchased the jacket in-store. We tried afew places even called the 0800 helpline but no joy. Until we took the jacket to the Leamington branch of trespass where they were happy to exchange for a different jacket or order the same jacket, so we purchased another jacket a paid the difference. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter

   Please all note only 14 days for return. I am now stuck 2 Jackets exactly the same except size. £75 I will never see again. Store Manager gave me a number for customer services who said they only deal with online purchases and it was at the Store Manager's discretion so he obviously just didn't want to take it and fobbed me off to someone else. A shame as the two members of staff who were in store when I purchased the items were quite helpful.
