Stanley drags me to their door on a daily basis. Why because there is always the warmest welcome from lovely Lucy and Sarah and an inevitable treat. Most places where any element of grooming has taken place he crosses the road to avoid! Im very grateful to have Pets in the City so close, well stocked and always available with good advice.
This is the best decision I made for my puppy. They were so good at helping me work out the right time to enrol and care about her so much. They are incredible and we are so grateful to them.
We love taking our puppy here. He is always extremely well looked after. Comes home happy and we know he is safe and sound in the hands of the wonderful team. Always happy to help drop him off or pick up. And more importantly we know they don’t over book and keep the amount of dogs in care to a manageable amount. Which is rare. Very happy to recommend.

Sarah and her team have been absolutely wonderful with our shy pup! Since attending dog daycare care sessions our Luna has really come out of her shell. She is always as happy going to Pets in the City as she is when we pick her up to take her home. I can't recommend highly enough!!
I take my doggies to Pets for years now. They love their company. Sarah and the team is really professional and caring and I can see how much they love all the pets they get. I also do recommend their grooming parlour! The staff is amazing, always do perfect job on my doggies every time I take them. Thank you so much guys for all your effort, it is much appreciated!!!
We have made use of the pet services offered by Pets in the City twice this year for our 2 year old Cocker Spaniel. The service offered by Sarah and Ed is very good. We first used Pets in the City for day care, and their pick up and drop off service was very handy. They were then able to find a boarding carer for our pet dog at relatively short notice. We received regular updates from the carer who had our pet for a 4 night stay. Our pet came back very happy from her stay. The Pets in the City team were always very responsive to our questions and put the time into finding us the right carer. We will be using the Pets in the City services again.
My two dogs have been walked, fed, groomed, loved, given bed & breakfast and generally kept amused by Pets in the City for 7 years now and both they and I are delighted with the service. Sarah, Shona and all the girls/boys who work there are the most cheerful, trustworthy and animal friendly people I have ever met. I recommend them to ALL.
