Such a lovely shop! The staff are incredibly sweet and kind to my bulldog, who sits expectantly for the treats they always offer him. The quality and range of things available is excellent! Safe to say this is one of our favourite shops :)
My sister lives in New York and has an English bulldog. I live in Pakistan and run a business and also have a small private rescue on the side. We meet in London about every six months and visit your shop each time. My sister loves to purchase items for her bulldog and gets stuff for my chihuahua as well. Well, we visited yesterday and to our surprise, we came across the most wonderful addition to your shop that I thought I must mention it. We came across Ruby the French bulldog! She was so quiet and almost hidden, that we didn’t even spot her at first! But then we saw and met her and were absolutely delighted to see how friendly she was and beautifully behaved. Being a business owner, I thought that this was a brilliant strategic move on the part of the owners / management. Having Ruby there will be sure to draw in a lot more customers and be great for business. Me and my sister plan on visiting for the second time this short trip just to meet Ruby and I’m sure that we will end up making a few purchases for our own furry family members! Thank you for making your lovely shop even better with Ruby.
Very rude staff. My dog was trying the bed that sells in the store and got told off. I mean why even bother to open a pet store if pets are even not welcomed.
The lady was super kind, they have original collection of dog toys I really like.
I love everything I buy at Mungo and Maud, I’ve had their sophisticated and well made products for the last 12 years and they always surpassed my expectations in both quality and style. Nothing I bought elsewhere was ever comparable to their products. My Dashund Daisy agrees! Thank you M&M!
What a lovely place for all pet lovers. :) It's a small shop but filled with handmade accessories of high quality; it's obvious to see all of them were designed and made with love. The staff is very friendly, supports you with advice or let you just browse by yourself.
