    Was attended in such a professional manner, Lucy was such a star and honestly the highlight of my morning. When you go in make sure you try one of their Matcha strawberry cans, its my first time having matcha but she convinced me to give one a try, and I can honestly say it will definitely be on my radar from now on. It was really yummy and I will definitely be coming back very soon for another!

    My dog is always so well taken care of at Big City Dog! The staff are super friendly, professional, and truly love dogs. I also love that they send pictures of my dog during his stay it’s such a nice touch and really reassuring. Every time I pick him up, he’s happy, clean, and relaxed. I totally trust them and wouldn’t go anywhere else in London!

    I came to Big City Dog for my 4-year-old Bernedoodle, Winston’s first big haircut in London. We came on thr recommendation of a friend and I could not be more grateful that we took her advice. I was so nervous for his haircut because we’ve had some pretty awful ones over the years. This completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they on time, but they also gave me plenty of notice so that I knew when he would be ready for pick up. I’m so impressed that they listened to everything that I wanted for his grooming and more. This may be my favourite haircut of his ever! There’s also an adorable boutique in the front and I will be back just for the matcha alone. Winston was so well taken care of and it’s easy to see that they love dogs of all shapes and sizes. Even though it’s not directly in our neighbourhood, I will make the trek over for this kind of service. I cannot wait to go back with Winston. Highly recommend! Thank you!

    My favourite dog-friendly coffee shop in London (and maybe even in the world!)! The owner and staff are so friendly! They have an amazing selection of dog treats, outfits as well as human coffee and snacks! Their outdoor seating area is simply amazing - great place to have your coffee in!
