   Totally incompetent with Evri parcels - I went to collect a parcel in May, only to be told it wasn’t there and had gone back via Evri - it hadn’t, but the man (I think the son of the owner?) clearly hadn’t looked hard enough. 10 minutes after leaving, I had a notification from Vinted saying “thanks for collecting your parcel” even though I had not!!! I had to raise a complaint with Vinted and get my money back. I then ordered a new parcel which arrived in store on 11th June, meaning I had til 21st June to collect. I arrived at the shop on 14th June and was handed a parcel, to which the owner said “you’re lucky as this has been here for weeks, since May”..? I ripped open the parcel and it was the one I had tried to collect in May and was told it wasn’t there! I said to the owner this wasn’t the parcel I was due to collect today, but he kept saying “you’re over the maximum time” (which referred to the last parcel, not the current one) and kept pointing at his machine, totally unable to comprehend what I was saying despite me explaining as clearly as possible. I’ve since discovered they sent my new parcel back through Evri despite it only being there for 3 days, presumably because they’ve got it mixed up with the last parcel of mine they botched up. The owner gave no apology and had no understanding of what I was saying. Totally frustrating. I left feeling humiliated as there was a queue of people behind me and he was making me feel like it was my fault! There are parcels everywhere in the shop - loads in a heap on the floor, on the counter, and on shelves on the shop floor near the till that could mean they would be easily stolen. There’s no organisation. Do not trust them for parcel sending or collection. I am complaining to Vinted and Evri so they blacklist the shop.

   The premier shop in purcell Road is a very friendly shop the staff are so helpful and if you need something just ask the owner and he will go out of his way to get it for you can't praise this shop enough
