Clinic was ok but the experience during the ultrasound was not what we expected. It was our first pregnancy scan and the person doing the ultrasound was rude and made the experience uncomfortable.
A wonderful experience, so easy to book online, booked on the Friday evening, seen on the Sunday morning at the Prestwich clinic, paid deposit and the remainder when at the scan centre. Arrived early, reception area is pristine, exceptionally friendly staff on reception and the ultrasound technician, friendly asked lots of questions as to the reason I’m there. I went in 30 minutes before my allotted appointment, Sam explained the process, I watched on the screen, she explained my results, waited 10 minutes back in reception, and then given the report results and scan of the issue, a perfect experience and I would use this company again. Thank you.
I visited the clinic in Manchester bury road today for an MSK scan and the service and practitioner was very rude straight from the start. Unable to answer any questions, kept acting confused like she didn’t really know what she was doing which didn’t fill me with confidence when I’m worried about my injury. Especially when paying £160! The lady on reception was lovely but the MSK scan was not a fulfilling me with confidence that I got the service and knowledge I paid for. I could tell she was in a rush and in fact it was proven when I was getting in my car she left with her bag and drove off in a speed. Even when I was 10 mins early for my appointment time!
Fantastic experience, I booked in last minute for a shoulder injury and was diagnosed fast. Sam, the therapist was wonderful, super caring and thorough! Gave great recommendations. I would 100% recommend.
Excellent service from booking, through to delivery of service. RJ the receptionist made me feel relaxed, treated me like a person and a valued customer. Sam - Monographer, was highly professional, gave me a relaxed and valued ultrasound experience and was able to give me a full explanation of her findings on the day. I would highly recommend the services offered, especially to put your kind at rest when I have waited 2 months for an NHS appointment. I booked Ultrasound Direct and had my appointment within 24 hours. Thank you all so much.
Absolutely pathetic service, took my deposit, and told me I could cancel the booking anytime before 2:30 on the same day, which I did. But they then refused to refund my deposit. The manager was at fault and refused to take the blame. Stay far away from these scam artists
