Was clean and tidy, had the range of toys you would expect. Does everything you would expect from pretty much the only high street toy shop left.

Brilliant customer service! Returned a faulty item without a receipt on a busy Saturday afternoon, but the manager was very understanding and took the time to resolve the problem using a bank statement and tracing the transaction on their system. We were then able to do an exchange. Good leadership. Very impressed, thank you.

Rude, incompeten, unhelpful staff who refused to honour my son's gift cards when making a 48 miles return journey. Shopping for toys ought to be a pleasant experience, but The Entertainer fails to meet even the bare minimum expectations and responds with arrogance.
A really useful toy store. We've brought a few things from here over the last few years, and most of the time the toys are cheaper than they were on amazon (and nice to support local business). Only negative would be their own brand puzzles- the pieces are much smaller than they advertise with a sample piece on the box and tend to be rather flimsy quality
It seems like this small place has every toy there is! They crammed a lot of great toys in one space. Staff was friendly. They have tons of toys to choose from and they were all generally at a good price. Definitely check out this place if you’re looking for a gift or something for yourself. I highly recommend this toy shop!
