   Disappointed with staff, there was no get up and go to get customers booked in promptly. People pushing in the queue just no control or forward thinking. We had grip socks but my sons were marched off and told to buy gravity socks not that it makes a blind bit of difference when we already ready had perfectly fine grip socks on. After having to buy their grip socks the staff member followed my children to make sure we had brought their socks. Ridiculous. Place was untidy and cold. Certainly won't be returning. Never had this issue at other trampoline parks. Such a shame.

   Had a birthday party in Corby. Millie was our team leader. She was amazing, well organised and very accommodating. Lovely safe place for the Children. Only trouble is they didn’t want to leave. Top marks.

   We recently visited gravity corby for our childrens sen birthday session. We were greeted by the fantastic Rosie, she went above and beyond for us and our party. Making it a wonderful party and experience. Jack was also absolutely fantastic, Such a kind and happy man. Both are a credit to you. It was also very busy and still were lovely and happy to help. Thank you so much. We will return again, very clean. And appreciated the extra efforts that were put on for the sen sessions. Making it very enjoyable for all. Well done!

   We had a great first trip to Gravity and would highly recommend. My little boy was very overwhelmed to begin with and got upset after watching the safety videos. A lovely and friendly lady called Ali came over and introduced herself to him. She asked if he would like to go up and see everything with her. Once her kindness got him up and jumping he had a fantastic time. Very grateful.

   Great place! I go for a weekly activity there. Staff are friendly and kind. Would greatly recommend! One thing I have noticed is the self service slushie machines. I have seen children come and put their mouths on the taps and drink directly from there, even spitting it back on the the overspill bit of the facility. Will never get one for my son from there. Would be great if there was a little more supervision from staff. Of course it is ultimately down to the parents to keep an eye on their children but perhaps staff keeping a closer eye would minimise or keep it under control. One occasion I mentioned it to a staff member who put some cups on the taps and left then like that. Not much more was done there. Not very reassuring from an infection control point of view. Apart from that in my experience everything else is great! Perhaps just think twice about the slushies!

   My son and his best friend had an amazing time for my sons birthday. The staff were lovely, the facilities were fantastic and they were both very very happy. My son has been with his scouting movement a few times also and loves it, it is where he asked his birthday party to be and wasn't disappointed

   We pay £10.99 a month per child and they can jump for an hour once a day, 7 days a week. So far since signing up to this, it's completely changed our evenings and after schools. It's amazing how much it wares them out ! They make friends while they are there and the last Friday of the month they can take a friend for free! So we take them and their friend and treat them to dinner there - food is also fantastic! Friendly staff and I always feel the children are safe.. which is all you can ask for these days.
