Ordered online and could not be happier with how quickly my order was sorted. Extra care was taken to ensure the liquids did not leak in transit. Also thought the biodegradable packaging was a nice touch! We have two very happy fur-customers.
We took our Cockapoo, Ramon, for a full groom at Creature Company on Thursday and we honestly couldn’t be happier! The team was super lovely and did their best to chat with my mum (who doesn’t speak much English) to make sure they understood exactly what kind of look we wanted for Ramon. He had a bit of matting, but that didn’t stop them — they worked their magic and turned him into a total heartbreaker! He looks SO handsome now. We’re over the moon with the result and will 100% be coming back. Huge thanks to the whole team!
What a dissapointing place. I went there on a number of occasions, and each time staff doesnt even acknowledge your presence, zero greeting, zero “how may I help”. They either chat between themselves or just lounge around glued to their phones. Worst customer skill I think I have ever seen. As a customer you have an impression you invaded their private space by just walking in and looking around, as they behave like they are just chllin at their home. Sad, ill raised bunch. I hope some other pet store opens on the high street, because I will avoid this place for good. Only the grooming lady seems upbeat and engaging.
Very friendly staff, it offers such a great range of products for your pet that you wouldn’t essentially find anywhere else. I real like that they focus on healthy stuff for your pets and the staff is very knowledgeable (and kind to help me pick up the box of bones that my dog knocked over…)
Went for the grooming, my dog smells and looks lovely after the grooming session. Love it!
How lovely it is to have a pet store where the manager knows what they are talking about, mostly because she has her own Basset in store sometimes, you can meet him on the sofa he’s so well behaved. A store where they know about RAW diets and what you dog needs. My dog loves coming here and is always given a very warm welcome by Riley (I think that’s her name). The selection of natural treats is wonderful too.
Best pet shop in Wimbledon by far. The owner/manager is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and wellness of dogs, kind and always has time for a chat. Just had my dog groomed there for the first time and the cut was wonderful and only took an hour. Don’t go anywhere else for your pets needs!!
Really great little store. I bring my cockerpoo Milly in every couple of weeks and the manager (Anna) is so lovely - she always remembers us, which treats Milly likes and makes sure to stock the Acana food we buy which isn't sold at many local places. She also ordered us an out of stock harness and gave us a call as soon as it arrived! Lovely service
