Great staff in paediatric a&e and minor injuries. Saw my son quickly and they were so kind and helpful. X-ray staff were great also. Had a follow app in minor injuries and the staff who saw him there today were so kind and lovely. Thank you to all.

Just wanted to take the moment to appreciate our visit on ward 32, it was a worrying time yet the staff made us feel important, the doctors listened and did a thorough examination of my daughter and did their best at ruling out all possibilities of what it could be and assured me of next steps. The nurses aside from one were kind although not always easy to find. There was one nurse at the beginning Brittany da Souza, she was amazing with my daughter, she took us down to CT both times and reassured me as I left my daughter crying in the CT room as I wasn’t allowed to be there with her. She was commendable as were the doctors who was on my daughters case who took my words seriously and never made me feel like I was overworried or overthinking. Just how good healthcare is meant to be! ☺️ also as it was Christmas Eve when we came in and the following day Christmas Day they even had Santa come and give my daughter a gifts which felt so loving ♥️ thank you everyone for that day

Good experience with MRI team 8am on a Sunday morning. Parking was available & easy to pay (although hadn’t registered my arrival- lucky I took photos on arrival!) Was nice to see art on the walls.

Fantastic service from pediatrics in the AE department. We was seen quite quickly by nurses and doctors. Doctors Jane was excellent in diagnosing my baby brother. She was very informative and offered great support in helping my baby brother. Even though they was struggling to find a bed in BRI they was very quick in finding transportation to York hospital where beds were free. Thank you you pediatrics department. You guys are all very sweet and kind. ❤️

An excellent infirmary. I called an ambulance in busy hours a couple of times and it always arrive in 20 minutes. Always I get appointments on time. I am really happy that I live near that infirmary and all staff are extremely helpful.

Father in law had a stroke, the care from entering the hospital to date has been nothing but poor no its been shockingly poor. The first night the nurse pushed my husband out WITHOUT taking any contact details or even telling where the patient was going. This was in A&E absolutely disgusted the way she spoke when asked where they were taking father in law. Its been 4 weeks and still in hospital. My father has lost movement and speech. The staff miss his breakfast, they leave him laying in feaces for hours on end. As all the reviews say all the staff do is stand around talking. Being in the hospital is wanting to accelerated serious illness or even death. The staff are rude condescending and have absolutely no intention of offering care in any shape of form. They withhold information. It's like a guessing game what the staff are doing and why to your loved ones. Absolutely awful staff at ward 17 should be ashamed of themselves. Pray no-one ends up here. They deserve zero stars. Peace out

I don’t tend to leave reviews but I saw some negative ones on here and thought they deserved some positivity…. We’re not from the area and were just in Bradford this afternoon. My wife cut her arm quite deeply and required medical attention. We attended the A&E department and she was seen, stitched and strapped up in just over 1 hour. We were back in the car and on our way. I appreciate waiting times do vary and can be a lot longer. But from our own experience today I felt it was worth mentioning how impressed we were.

Refered by 111. Stayed 10 hours just to measure the temperature and blood pressure. Nobody called my name for these 10 hours. I'm pregnant and exhausted. Fed up with the staff. I will never come here again. Please avoid it especially when you are pregnant and in risk of miscarriage like I am. It will become worse if you just wait sitting there.

The team on Ward 18 were the best anyone could hope to have looking after them in their hour of need.
