My partner, our friends, and I visited your shop this past weekend to find some treats and a toy for our cat. We were so impressed with the wonderful selection of items you offer, and the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed seeing all the cute dogs in the store! It was a truly delightful experience.
Found this amazing shop whilst visiting friends. What can I say, the shop is wonderful, the accessories and merchandise are a fantastic quality, but above all else the staff were so helpful, kind and extremely attentive to my two cockers Bailey and Archie. Both are typical cockers and can get very over excited at the slightest bit of attention. This didn’t bother the staff one bit and they made such a fuss of them both which they loved. Thank you Bowwow London and thank you to the two lovely owners for making us all feel so welcome. We will definitely be back.
I’ve been bringing my Pomeranians to Bow Wow London for over 7 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their grooming. Poms are notoriously tough to groom – their coats need real skill, patience, and care – and the team here is simply amazing. They always treat my dogs like royalty, and the results are consistently flawless. My Poms come out looking like little showstoppers every single time. If you want groomers who truly understand the breed, take genuine care, and deliver beautiful results, I can’t recommend Bow Wow London enough.
100/10 – The BEST groomers in London! Mari has been grooming our pup Rhubarb (aka Rhuby) since she was a tiny fluffball, and her care, technique, and gentle approach are absolutely impeccable. Rhuby absolutely adores Mari! She gets so excited every time we arrive at Bow Wow and always comes home looking adorable with the cutest, fluffiest haircut. We visit every 6-8 weeks, and the consistency and quality of care have been outstanding. Mari and the entire team, including Taro-san, are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The pricing is also very fair and competitive, especially considering the level of service. To anyone wondering: In my opinion, they don’t cause “infections” or give “bad haircuts” as long as you keep up with your dog’s grooming routine too. They’re not magicians (though to us, they basically are!). As a dog owner, you need to do your part… regular brushing and maintenance at home make all the difference. To us, Mari and everyone at the shop/salon is 100/10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic range of products for your dog! This has to be my most favourite pet shop in London. Bow Wow has the finest quality of products for your little fur baby, and I especially love their clothing items, grooming products, and toys for my dog. The shop is this little boutique tucked away in a street within the ever busy Covent Garden & Seven Dials. However, it’s hard to miss with the lovely white and orange exterior, and excellent pet products shining through the display window. Definitely my go-to place for my fur baby!

It’s true that the products there are expensive but they seem decent if not good quality. I imagine their rent will be huge so they have to price them higher. The best thing about it is the groomers. Not only they gave my puppy an amazing cut but the woman who gave her the cut treated her beautifully. It seems that their staff is their biggest asset. Usually it’s not easy to get an appointment but if you are willing to go early, let’s say 10 am it seems to be less of a problem. I will be coming for back for another cut soon. Appointment already booked.
Overpriced salon. I brought my dog a couple of times but it seems they are so busy they don't care about the dogs or the customers. They don't answer the phone, the website is non existent. The flyers in the salon are pixelized (so it means they don't use quality or good printers and designers) so I can imagine the dog shampoos must be the cheapest on the market. I hope someone opens close to them as I know a lot of my friends want to stop going there.
