   Proving themselves to be highly unprofessional. For the second time I’ve had my appointment cancelled by msk at the very last min like 5 mins before my appointment time. I arrive 15 mins early and as I’m waiting for someone to open the doors I get a call saying my appointments cancelled as the person I’m seeing is running late. Instead of doing the logical thing of moving it forward, it gets completely cancelled. For a person who suffers from chronic pain, it’s very difficult to get to these appointments. Sick of this happening again and again. If it was the other way round with me missing appointments, I’d get discharged from them.

   I have had an awful experience with Connect Health and have voiced my concerns with them directly. After waiting over a month to get an appointment, they cancelled while I was driving to my first visit. When it was rearranged, they were late to see me, despite being the only person in the room... The waiting room has no check-in functionality or any way to inform them you are even there. There's a sheet of paper saying if you haven't been seen in 30 minutes to call their main number. Unfortunately no one answers that number - I just spent the whole time on hold. When I did get in, the physio asked me a few questions, looked me up and down (no physical contact), made me do a few movements, then gave me a single exercise to do and sent me on my way. I protested I already did that exercise, but was told "We will be in touch in the next couple of weeks." The initial call said this appointment would be much more in depth, and that there would be some form of treatment. Today I got an email saying I have been discharged and to fill out a questionnaire about their service. Frankly I am appalled as I have effectively been abandoned without any actual treatment. The whole thing has been an absolute joke.
