I have a myriad of illness yet the Doctors will Staff are always willing to help either by appointment or on the phone. Its sometimes difficult to get an appointment over the phone because they quickly run out of time.If you need a same day appointment go down to the surgery for 8.00am.Thr receptionists will do their very best to slot you in somewhere if its at all possible. It doesn't matter who you see because all the Doctors and Nurses aew first class.

Probably the worst surgery ive ever been registered at. Impossible to get an appointment. On the odd occasion you do get an appointment your waiting ages in the waiting room. The last time this happened, I had to self diagnose and buy medication online, I found out weeks later that my diagnosis was wrong and in turn so was the medication which could have been a dangerous situation but its becoming more and more frequent that this is happening

I've never had any issues, I've also managed to get an appointment when needed. The staff on reception and on the phone have always been easy to talk to and have dealt with my enquiries quickly and efficiently and if needed referred me to other NHS paths that could deal better with my ailment. The doctors and nurses have always been caring and on the ball with referrals, repeat prescription and I've never felt rushed in an appointment.

The doctors and nurses at this clinic are absolutely fantastic and can't fault them. The clinic is let down by the unhelpful admin staff, practice manager, and practice bureaucracy, which prevents care from those who need it. I've had ongoing issues, which I couldn't see my GP about because I couldn't get an appointment or get past the front desk!! 2 months later, I've had to rely on a different clinic and A&E to get treated. Fed up of this place and will find another practice.

The worst of the worst work here. Because I am autistic and I sound like a d**k don't mean to they withheld my ADHD and anixity and depression medications. So that's illegal had a doctor talk down to me. I am only given one star as it's been a year I rather go anywhere but this place.

I really want to thank Dr Riaz for being so kind, understanding and helpful. I always have a hard time with my asthma and chest when I get ill and I felt very listened to and was taken seriously and treated appropriately. Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you so much.

I don’t even know where to start. If you call to make an appointment at exactly 8am, you are 38 in the cue if not more, if you turn up at the doors at 07:55, there are already 15-20 people infront of you to make an appointment. By the time you get to the receptionist there are no face to face appointments left ! Shocking !!!! Only a duty doctor phone call, which by the way he/she will let the phone have 2 rings and hang up. So you missed that too. And the cycle repeats. The doctors surgery isn’t exactly a place one likes to visit for pleasure, so please for the love of God CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM , so it works for the patient, because isn’t that the purpose of these places?? To provide a service to people who are poorly? The practice manager seriously needs to look into providing advanced appointments as this on the days appointments system isn’t working ! Have got applications to change surgery.
