   Just tried to book a taxi through this company for my daughter. Absolutely rude guy answered, told me straight he didnt pick up from bus station and hung up the phone. Be careful how you treat your customers, manners don't cost anything but your reputation does!!!

   We got a taxi at the weekend and used this service. Very friendly and reasonable priced. My only reason for 4 stars when we called for return journey he was too busy at the time which is understandable. But when I tried an alternative taxi service the time they could offer was too late so we thought ok we would take the time that Leon offered. When I called him back to say yes his next available slot would be ok for us he ignored my call which was disappointing.

   Mr Leon Is very reliable , conscientious and punctual person. He has always been on time or mostly early by 5 minutes and has shown very good professionalism all along. He has been very dedicated in that once when he was stuck in traffic he arranged for a friend of him to provide taxi service for me. He could have cancelled it but he didn’t and arranged for a replacement service. Very impressed with this commitment. Now in the COVID 19 pandemic he has adopted his car so that it is very clean and tidy with barriers and passenger seat on the back rather than in the front. It feels very safe and secure to travel with him. I will highly recommend him to consumers and future customers. Dr Sabarigirivasan Muthukrishnan.
