   Very fair. Really strange Stroud area has very few taxis but Nigel is one of the best. Always on time. Never over charges. Really lovely to talk to & very helpful. He was a real help during covid too. He's also quite patient. Really an asset to people who can't drive in Nailsworth despite all the cabs are Hackney Cabs here in the Stroud areas.

   Reliable taxis are surprisingly hard to find IMHO, and when Nigel took us from Nailsworth to Tetbury on a reasonably short notice booking for a Friday evening, we were delighted with the service. He had clearly done hundreds of miles already on that day, but he was friendly and chatty in a very good way, and he's immediately become my go-to choice for a taxi. From talking to him it's clear he does long runs and has plenty of regular customers - always a good sign, and well deserved.

   Nigel picked us up for a 2:30am departure for the airport. He was there early, extremely efficient, helpful and got us to the airport in good time. The drive was smooth and he takes into consideration his customers' concerns, given the current Covid situation. Would highly recommend Nigel.
