   Easy enough, downloaded app and ordered a taxi. Not used before but first time worked well. Just like Uber but you pay the driver, which is better i think. Neverknown anywhere quite like Bath for getting a taxi, fingers crossed

   Ordered taxi. Watched journey and went out to pavement 1 minute before arrival. Taxi never arrived. Never turned into my road and went off back into town. Option to call driver or Swoop. Both time after select various options got cut off. Received text saying taxi had arrived. By now map showed him back in town. Then received text saying thank you for using Swoop. What a nonsense. Hoping that swoop would be better than v cars. Sadly no different as yet.
