   Most of the time they were nice to me but on one occasion I was over charged as the driver went the wrong way by miles and then rounded up the price by £2 so I paid way too much. Second incident was not being made aware about the double rates and when I asked for some money back the two blokes laughed at me and to be honest made me feel really upset and almost cried. As a company there is a responsibility to communicate the change in price.. it is not my responsibility to communicate that. People have learning/genral disabilities and by not communicating the change in price allows for that person to be forced to pay the extra charge; a charge they most likely can’t afford. Might I also add that especially on holidays, there will be limited public transport so that person will be again forced to pay double. Doesn’t seem like nice people after all and I’m suspicious I have been taken advantage of. I'll be pursuing to find out more about this incident and will be seeking professional advice. Shame “EDIT” Since doing this review I was confronted by an older man behind the desk and while he was pointing his finger at me he explained that they did not like what I did, walking away while still having the finger up. I find it funny that a 23 year old can have better communication than some older man in a taxi office haha. If you don’t like what I said tough! HAHA I’m always here if you wanted to chat about this review and if we had a discussion maybe I would be more inclined to delete/edit my review :) Just please no pointing fingers and walking away. I can promise you I am more than happy to talk about this.

   I rang this evening, although I didn’t manage to get a taxi as none were available, the lady on the phone excelled in customer service. She was fantastic and helpful as I was stuck in a town that I had no clue existed! Bless her she was so apologetic that they couldn’t help (fully not a problem as they are probably already booked out)

   We have previously had a great experience with a lovely taxi driver. However recently we have unfortunately had a very rude lady answering the phone and refusing to book any taxis to or from our house (12 minutes drive from Bradford on Avon, which is our closest town). They obviously have too much work on to bother being polite to customers! Avoid!

   Rang this company numerous times and everything we were told they had no one available. Then when asked if it would be a long wait u till one was free we were told that it would be over a hour. Not a very friendly interaction with this company.

   The Taxi office is just outside the train station main door. It is open Sun to Thursday 7:30 to midnight. Fri to Saturday ( last booking 12:30A.m. Reliable source for taxi local and airport runs. DBS checked Disabled access, they have pre booked appointments to accommodate. I have not personally used. I am aware of reviews. I have however been in the office and they are very friendly and accommodating with answers.

   We have been using this company for 8 years and have always had a fantastic experience with them. We used them again recently for a pick up from Heathrow and once again were delighted with our experience. It is always difficult when there are delays at airports, but they were great, patient and helpful. So fortunate to have such a good taxi service to rely on. Thank you.
