I had to book a short notice visit to RUH Bath hospital from Staverton, Trowbridge. Pughies were extremely helpful and sorted out the front car seat for me to make it easier to get into the car with the crutches I was having to use. Very pleasant journey and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Pughies again.
Always been trustworthy, helpful and reliable regardless of the time of day and journey required. I wouldn't go anywhere else except on the few occasions when the company was booked up and my journey wasn't possible for pughies. And then, to be honest, I've often been a bit unhappy with some of the drivers from other companies. Just go here first!
I have been using this company since they started .their drivers are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to sort out your travel requests.and they now have a newdriver who engages with customers and is so polite and happy
Stranded with a puncture on my bike miles from home. Taxi couldn’t have been more helpful turned up in ten minutes put my bike in the back and got me home. Absolutely brilliant service and an incredibly nice man. I highly recommend him

Really helped us out in a pickle as our usual taxi firm had no availability at all (for over 2 days?!) I was so impressed I rang them to book a return journey after our 3 days away rather than trying the other more firm again.
