   Pre booked a taxi for a set price of £30 each way , week before the company called us to say they missed priced the initial booking and it should be £50 but would meet in the middle at £42.50 as they miss priced. 15 minutes before our taxi is due they then call us to say that the cost will now £60 each way or it will be cancelled, terrible service, once you set a price honour it, don’t start changing and trying to increase the rate and put pressure on customers 15 minutes before the taxi is due.

   Amazing customer service. Polite, patient person on a phone when booking a taxi, nice, helpful taxi drivers and reasonable prices for the rides. I'd not book anymore with anyone else.

   Very pleasant, sensible driver, however he was given wrong hotel address - quite easy to get them muddled up but I did state the road as well as hotel name to the telephonist as I'd previous experience of the two hotels with the same name being mixed up. I also had to walk to an address as they didn't do What3words and I had parked up my large vehicle and needed picking up from the roadside where there wasn't any properties.... luckily the driver is going to check out the what3words app as he can see the benefits of it.

   Excellent excellent excellent service. Phoned Yellow Cabs last night to book for this morning. The person on the phone was incredibly polite and was very efficient. This morning my cab arrived 10 mins early and I had the pleasure of meeting Sajid. A wonderful man who loves to travel! He was very efficient and was lovely to talk to. Definitely will use this service again, especially for leaving the city and going quite a distance. Sajid was aware of this hence arriving 10 mins early. I travelled to Radstock which during rush hour took about an hour and cost me £50. I was able to pay by card. Excellent and reliable, highly recommend!

   Excellent taxi service provided by this company. Friendly booking staff, taxi on time, text sent on arrival with registration number and make of vehicle. Drivers friendly and respectful. Taxis lovely and clean. Will use this company every time as I know they won't let me down.

   Used this firm for 6 months weekly due to it been the company used by a service I utlise. Rude call operators particularly a woman who screams abuse and cant control her foul temper. Asking me am "I thick and am I dumb"..shes extremly rough and has zero communication skills, decourm or manners and in fact sounds like the exaxt thing she was asking me if I was. Agressive drivers who shout when they arrive earlier then booked. Poor communication dont update on times they are arriving and dont arrive at the times booked. Not a safe company especially for anyone who could be classed as vunerable you should avoid they dont care about customers. Its a very rough cab firm. They have appalling reviews online on many platforms. I have reported them for safeguarding issues and will be escalating the complaint. They also have multiple dissolved companies they have operated as and dont seem to have a legally structured operating company open now which can be visibly found which rings alarm bells for me. Shall be filing a complaint about them with trading standards and other bodies after the abuse I received tonight which was recorded and witnessed/heard by other people who was with me. Glad I will never be using them again now.

   They were 35 minutes late for an airport fare with no apology, they just kept saying it will be there in 5 minutes which they weren't. means I can't rely on them and Will be using a different company from now on.

   No idea where he was going, had to direct him (In the age of Google maps, seriously...). Driver tried to force me go to a cash point when I'd paid via the app. Only changed his mind when I showed him the transaction pre approved on the app. Refused to write me a recipt as no email confirmation came through. Very poor service. Did not feel safe.

   Booked cab for this to reach out to airport. They didn't send driver till last moment. When I called, they casually told me that they had tried calling me to inform me about unavailability of driver. Strangely enough, I didnt receive any call or voicemail and they expect me to believe their lies. And for the harassment and financial loss suffer, they say that they are not responsible. Is there anything in this world which they can take responsibility of or are they just to suck our hard earned money?
