Essentially I witnessed one member of staff was extremely rude to a disabled person, not only do they make people wait for up to an hour sometimes when the place is empty. No apology is given, and it's a shame considering there are good members of staff (a rare thing nowadays).
Receptionist rude and would rather talk to each other than talk to the patient then when they do there very rude
Dr Mahmood us excellent, the other staff are good/ very good dependent on what time you arrive.
I have several complex, long-term conditions and the doctors have been brilliant with my care. I never wait long for a call back and the Online system is great for booking a call back. I would highly recommend this Medical Centre to anyone I have always been treated with respect, care and understanding by the doctors and all the staff that work there. They do so much more than write prescriptions they listen and understand and respect what I have to say.
Some of staff fantastic, one or two not so much. Practice uses a ring back system which works quite well
