All the staff on the bar were lovely, came in with my family for the night. Was such a good laugh. If we had any problems they got fixed immediately, and also a big thank you to Paige Arthur and Bella for looking after us. They were very kind and made sure we had the best time by making us feel welcome and checking if we needed anything.
Booked the “Deck the halls” Christmas package for my team. We all had a great time. Cameron booked us in ready to bowl & explained everything to us. He also took our food order. The atmosphere in there was fantastic. Great party vibe, the music and disco lights added to this. Plenty of team members on hand, with our drinks orders throughout the night. We had a fantastic time bowling and the food was swiftly brought out piping hot. We are already planning our next work team building night there. A fantastic venue with a whole range of activities to choose. Thank you Cameron Paige Caitlyn & Nimeth for making our Xmas party a fantastic evening. We had the most amazing visit, what a massive improvement since its reopened. The kids absolutely loved it. The service was second to none, all staff went above and beyond and were friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Lucy for making sure we had the best experience, she was lovely and made the kids feel special. We done bowling and golf all whilst a dj was playing, just fabulous. The whole experience was amazing, we had the best family date night. We can't wait to return.
Visited her with my adult daughter and we had a great time. Played the golf and booked the karaoke room. We also had drinks and some snacks that were bigger than we thought. The atmosphere was good and we liked the music but it was loud. There was also pool tables and arcade games there. There were lots of families with kids. The private karaoke room was great therapy being able to sing our heads off without anyone hearing us.
Came in as a walk in on NYE. Paid by card for 2 games for our family, but before getting to lane was told transaction didn't go through so was asked to pay again. Didn't think much of it, these things happen every so often. 2 days later I noticed there was 2 pending payments so they had both worked. Waited to see if one would be cancelled once error was noticed but both payments went through. Went in and spoke to management on the 9th Jan, who took all the info and said they'd get back to me with a response soon. After making contact via email and Twitter since then have not had a response. Very shoddy customer service indeed. Only being generous giving 2 stars because we had a good time on the night, but will not be going back as a paying customer again if I can help it.
lazer quest equipment is very outdated and needs renewing. the gun i was given kept restarting itself and looks like they have been used since the late 90's to early 00's. The bar is very expensive for what you get with £5.10 a pint. They no longer serve garlic bread or cheesy garlic bread even though it is on both the table menu and the bar menu. Not good as my daughter wanted pizza and garlic bread. so we just ordered pizza and chips and paid for it. only for the bar man to come back and say sorry but the pizza oven is broken! Had fun with the family despite all of this but they really need to sort all of these problems out!
Good place for an indoor town playground , including arcade games and adults bar.
A decent sized entertainment centre There is a decent range of arcade machines The bowling lanes are well managed and it’s a smooth process to get started with a good variety of balls available. However when we went only 3 lanes were engaged and it wasn’t very busy. The children’s soft play area is decent and clean, enough to keep the kids entertained. The food service isn’t the best, either due to lack of kitchen facilities or staffing. If an order is put through from the bowling lanes for a party they struggle to fit in any other orders. They managed to make a portion of chips for my little one straight away, but that was after a few mins of indecisiveness about whether they could manage it.
Helpful & friendly staff, vibrant atmosphere, wide range of games to play to suit all ages, a good selection of food/snacks & drinks to suit all - covid guidance in place, I found the Bar area clean & tidy too
