This company is a scam. Buyers beware! ... I ordered a collar from them through Etsy. After about a month it did not arrive. I reached out to them and they did not respond. I had to contact Etsy directly, they refunded me. I thought it was a fluke, so, I ordered a second time. Time passed and my second collar did not arrive. I contacted Paw London through Etsy, this time, they offered a refund, but ONLY BECAUSE I had left them a one star review. After refunding me, they contacted me and told me they were going to send me a replacement collar for free IF I updated my review to a positive one. I chose to update the review stating the situation at hand. They then wrote me and told me that I was threatening their business in not leaving them a positive review and they would not be sending me a replacement collar at no charge. They also told me the reason I never received the two orders I placed with them, is my address is incorrect? It's my address... Avoid this company at all costs. Other reviews say the collars are low quality at top dollar.
