   I found this place on Google search for a pet store near by. I was house/pet sitting snd I wasnt happy with the owners lead for her dog. The member of staff was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought a great lead which had many options including for two small dogs. I can take this on to all my sits. The staff member also gave me some food samples as the dog wasnt really eating with the stress of the owner going away. Definitely be back when I sit again in March.

   This store has everything you could possibly need for your dog. It also caters for other animals such as cats and horses. Large selection of outdoor clothing from wax jackets to wellies, well worth a visit

   Always helpful and reliable. Stock good products, just a shame they can't stock more raw cat food, but this is a niche product in comparison to other food they sell. Lots of different pet products for a variety of animals and good prices.

   A fantastic family-run pet and livestock shop near Downe. We use this mainly for chicken feed and bedding and are really grateful for the availability, good opening hours and competitive pricing. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They load heavy sacks into the car boot for you. Thank you Jack Frost!!

   I had never been in there before but popped in on my way back from taking my puppy for a walk. My puppy was being super fussy with her food and I was worried sick. The girl/woman who helped me in Jack Frost was amazingly helpful. And each time I go in the staff are friendly and helpful and the shop stocks quality products for each of my pets.
