   Attended a white collar boxing event here last night. The toilets were not it for an arena that holds 1300? People there was 3 ladies toilets and one of them was out of use, resulting in a que throughout the evening. The arena itself was freezing cold so not enjoyable having to sit there in a coat. I'm unsure if its the event organisers or the arena but 500 for a table that is tiny for 10 people on folding chairs was not great and the amount squeezed in was in my eyes unsafe In the event anything happened, chairs were literally bumped up to the guests behind you with no space inbeteeen to move. Also informed there was a waitress service but was seen once all evening. I'd re-think going here again for this reason.

   I don't like leaving bad reviews but really had to... It was so cold inside I could literally see my breath, doors wide open during sub zero temps with zero heating inside, smoking area doubled up as gents toilet and security ignored it. Seemed like most vapers ignored the law vaping inside, again ignored by security. I had condensation dripping on me from roof, the food and non alcoholic drinks were abysmal and certainly amongst the worst I've experienced. Now although I don't know of legal requirements for numbers of toilets available per number of people in a venue I'd say this place should be shut down purely based on the queues to use a urine soaked lavatory. I'd guess that the toilet issue is well known by the organisers, and the main reason why security don't do anything about the urine issue. I'd also consider public decency laws if public urination is not dealt with. I wonder what the food hygiene rating is given these issues. The venue is also looking worn out and dated and in need of refurbishments. I'd certainly never visit again and will be giving that advice to my friends and family.

   Great venue for Live shows, I went to see the Darts Legend. The big names and celebrities of Darts were all there.. it was like a kid in a sweet shop for me.. Lovely place and organisers.

   I have been to may functions at the vale an never been disappointed. Beaujolais day was phenomenal from start to finish. Boxing events where outstanding and meet & greet was great never had a bad night here. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

   Have attended & worked at many boxing events at this venue over the years. Good medium sized venue that is easy to get to only 5-10 minutes off the M4. A nice bar area that is off the main events hall to go with temporary bar that is sometimes in use in the main hall if required. The manager of the venue Peter is easy to work with and is accommodating with any requests. A good venue for boxing or similar type events

   Attended one of the recent events and I can honestly say I had a great night. The staff were accommodating and friendly, even dancing and enjoying their jobs, beer available was great with so many options, easy to access and get around, clean and such an amazing atmosphere where you can see everyone was enjoying themselves. I can’t wait to book for another one!

   Fantastic venue! Amazing atmosphere. Various bars so you’ll never go thirsty! Brilliant food can’t rate this enough for an evening snack after a few bevvies! Been here for various events and never disappoints. Staff and management are so friendly and work their socks off! Going again soon for the football and can’t wait! Would highly recommend! :) thanks VSA:)
