Our initial impression of this hotel was that we'd entered Fawlty Towers. We arrived the same time as a coach party. Even though we were the front of the queue the guy on the desk decided to serve the coach party first! Whilst waiting another guest came to reception to complain that that was the second room he was given that was already occupied (later we spoke to other guests who had also been given occupied rooms). After finally being served we went to our room to find, surprise, surprise, that that too was occupied! We were given another, unoccupied, room but we were left wondering whether another guest might be given our room whilst we were out and whether our possessions were safe. The room itself was nice, the beds were comfortable, although some of the pillows were old and lumpy and need replacing. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. The public areas were clean and the bar and dining areas looked nice even though we didn't use them. After the initial frustrations we ultimately enjoyed our stay which is why I've given 4 stars instead of 3.

The Leonardo Hotel Bradford was an absolute disaster and ruined our family trip of 8. The food was disgusting, undercooked, and barely edible. One member of our group with a medical dietary requirement was ignored despite notifying the hotel in advance. Many of us were still hungry after dinner and had to buy another meal elsewhere. The staff were unfriendly and completely indifferent. Breakfast was chaos, with constantly empty trays, mugs, and glasses. There was no hairdryer in the room, and we were woken early by loud noise outside. Check-out was the final insult — the staff member didn’t say a word and simply pointed at the self check-out postbox. This hotel is shockingly mismanaged, unsafe for anyone with dietary needs, and utterly unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. We will never return.

A nice place to stay. The staff are helpful and they do a nice breakfast. I would say that they should allocate breakfast time slots because it does get busy. Other than this, it's a nice hotel to stay in. X

Great hotel for the theatre and restaurants all very close to the hotel. Staff very pleasant and really helpful with a barman with a great personality and for whom nothing is too much trouble. Rooms absolutely spotless and well appointed. It would have been 5 stars but for the limited bar and restaurant opening times. Parking is at the NCP next door, a 30 seconds walk away and is £10 for 24 hours, really nice hotel and would definitely return

I've stayed in this hotel quite a few times and always enjoy my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and equipped with everything you need with very comfortable beds. The tea and coffee in rooms are a little sparse and could do with being replenished with an easier system than having to down to reception to ask for these things . Definitely recommend staying here.

Great inexpensive hotel. Massive double bed in the room. Iron and ironing board in room as well as a hairdryer. Located in the centre of Bradford so not far to walk for food or pubs. There is a 24 hour car park behind the hotel. If you present your car parking ticket to reception you will get a 20 percent deduction on parking charges

Lovely and Helpful staff and rooms were well presented and everything I needed. However The dinner menu was very expensive for what you receive. Having arrived late I didn’t have a lot of choice but A half chicken and fries was £16.50 which is extortion.

We were there for a film weekend and the location of the hotel was just right for the screenings at the National Media & Science Museum. Breakfast was fine but dinner was a bit shambolic with half of the wine list missing and big gaps in the food menu. Other than that it suited our purpose for a three night stay..

Booked this hotel for a night stop over, honestly speaking, after reading few of the Google reviews, I wanted to change the hotel. As we a bad experience with another hotel just a night before, but my husband suggested we stick to the hotel since it's close to the location we need to visit. Glad we did not change the hotel, the staff, the rooms, service everything was amazing. We did not use much of the hotel facilities since we were only there for a night, but the experience in regards to customer service, and clean rooms with everything available in the room from (tea coffee tray, to iron/ iron board, hair dryer, clean bathroom with clean towels, shampoo conditioner, clean sheets everything was very impressive specially after some negative Google reviews.
