   9.30am session with my younger son was amazing! Our first time coming here and it was one of the best visits I've ever experienced in a soft play establishment setting. I love how they have there own app to place food and drinks to help reduce queuing and waiting times. I had my food order within 10 minutes and the portions of the small chicken nuggets and chips served with beans for my little boy was very fulfilling. Friendly staff on arrival and seeing staff work very hard and running about made me feel like I'd return again soon there was a party as well which I've never booked for my little boy but upon asking a member of staff information for this she was really pleasant and helped me book a party for August time.

   I used to love this soft play but I really feel like it’s gone downhill. The woman with long brown hair who is usually there on a Friday for a start… She’s got such an attitude from the moment you walk in the door! Girl if you don’t wanna be there leave! She’s so rude and constantly passive aggressive! Another thing is the app and food prices. Now I generally don’t mind ordering on an app but when you add a 30p service charge every time you place an order that does take the puddle! Price of food has sky rocketed for what it is I don’t get how they can charge so much! Also some of the play areas are now worn down and ripped. The under twos area is shocking nothing but bouncers and walkers in there. Please talk to your staff members and remind them to be polite or go elsewhere. When your met with an attitude the second you walk in the door it really puts a damper on things!

   I can’t fault the staff as they were very friendly but I really can’t not write a review after my experience. Big fan of soft plays but this one I would genuinely give a miss. The equipment is so run down. The under 5’s area has steps that lead to a drop they slide down on their bum. The safety mat to land on had no padding left in it so my 1 year old boy landed on his bottom and was screaming crying because he winded himself as he landed on an actual rock hard floor. Plus the cleanliness was shocking. This is not a build up of a day, a week or even a month? My child still puts objects in his mouth so I need to make sure where he plays actually gets cleaned… sorry to be that person but it just isn’t right.

   Had a fantastic time at the Eden centre today! Great class for our baby and they were super helpful after my little one had an accident and we forgot our change bag (typical!!) the staff gave us a pack of nappies and got him a new outfit change from their baby bank. So so kind! Cannot recommend them enough!

   Lovely visit to the Eden Centre as usual this weekend. We go every Saturday, my two little ones love coming here every week. Always great quality food and the staff work so hard every session. We will be returning as usual on Saturday! If you haven’t tried the Eden Centre I would highly recommend it and you should definitely visit here :)

   Some of the kids stuff is broken also some things are missing parts. food is overpriced for the terrible quality. buns on the burger was dry no cheese on it. pizza was practically bread no taste and lack of topping seems to be all about making money. rather take my kid somewhere else next time for a better experience and less costly

   05/11/22. Birthday party for my little girl who turned 6. Great facility, more than enough for the kids to do. Great host, very welcoming & professional. Which gave the adults time to relax whilst the kids run riot & enjoyed themselves!.. Smiles all round off them. third time booking for us, Will book again for next year.

   Best softplay centre near pontypool. We come here regularly and absolutely love it! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, there is so much for the kids to play on and do whilst covering all ages. It's always really clean and the food is great value for money! Also the price is so affordable for a 2 and a half hour slot, you definitely get the most out of your money! I can't recommend it enough!
