To begin with, all other reviews are 5 stars without comments which gives it away they are fake. Yesterday I called Ansel and then left SMS as I'm desperate for advice. Today is bank holiday so I asked whether they are open. They text back to confirm they will open only for my appointment even though it's bank holiday. After this I sent a confirmation SMS I'll attend the appt at 2pm. No response. Today morning I get a rude and blunt cancellation message with no reason or further offer of alternative appts. Upon asking why he cancelled, due to clear confirmation he is happy to do the appt today, he replied " Today public holiday and we are not working." How unprofessional and rude are your services. Their office is always closed. My SMS history does not lie that he confirmed yesterday then cancelled today Still have not heard back about the reason for this nonsense behaviour. Do NOT use them!!!
