I really appreciated how she kept us updated at key milestones without overwhelming us with unnecessary details or queries she just got on with the job. Darshna is incredibly professional and clearly passionate about delivering excellent results. As for the wider team, every staff member we interacted with was polite, courteous, and professional. Despite their obviously busy workload, they made us feel like we were their top priority.    I was so lucky to have Darshna Dodia working on my behalf when I bought my house, what an asset to the firm. Professional, friendly, answered so many questions and kept me informed at all times. Sometimes sending emails early evening... I found out this is because she likes to have an empty inbox before she finishes for the day! 12 months later and Darshna is now working on my behalf again to sell some land that came with the house. Once again she is keeping me informed and chasing up the buyers to get things completed. An absolute diamond who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
