   Went in to have statutory declaration witnessed. Their people skills were seriously lacking in the way we were spoken down to. They didn’t like being questioned when we politely queried the costs and gave a very poor explanation why the cost was so much higher than the standard suggested by The Law Society. The response was, this is what we charge, if you don’t like it go elsewhere. Need to work on manners and customer service. They may be very technical competent, but what we required took two minutes and wasn’t challenging. I am unable to respond to your reply, I have to correct you and say that the cost information provided over the phone was, depends what you want witnessing. My concern isn’t the cost so much as I went ahead and got my document witnessed. It is more about the attitude that was shown by the gentleman we saw initially.

   100% recommend Sona Solictors, they acted on behalf of us for the sale of a property and although the opposition solicitors were appalling they constantly pushed for quick results to help me out. They are very hands on and let you know updates as and when they have them and communication is very good with them. Sonal dealt with the sale and she was amazing! She even got in contact herself and spoke to myself a few times. For Sona Solictors it’s customers first and they will do anything to help in an efficient manner!

   Went to Sona Solicitors to get a couple of documents certified. I had clear instructions on which documents needed to be copies or originals. However, when I got there, she was insistent that in her 25 years of experience that the original did not need to be certified. Agreeing to this, the documents were sent back incomplete. After going back a second time, and asking again specifically for what I wanted, she certified the original document as a copy. I have received back the document again and I will not be returning to Sona Solicitors. Overall, I have received very poor service with a bad attitude.
