   We’ve had a great experience with Love My Hound. The team are always so friendly and welcoming, and they’re fantastic with our anxious dog. He always comes out looking incredibly handsome and well groomed. Highly recommend!

   Whilst Ted hates the groomers, we always know he’s in good hands with the Love My Hound team. They are so kind and caring and he comes out looking amazing! The team are always great with advice with any other potential treatments, but not pushy at all. Parking is usually okay right outside and they are open until late so you can get a booking at a time that suits. There are nearer groomers to where we live, but we’ve been going to Love My Hound Beckenham ever since Ted came into our lives and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   Highly recommend! The whole team were very patient and professional-especially when our boy decided he didn’t want to get in the tub. Jade did a fantastic job! Our boy looks and smells incredible, plus she managed to sort his claws!!! I’m so impressed!

   We’ve been going to Love my Hound in Beckenham since our Kobe had his first puppy groom and they’ve never let us down. Can’t recommend enough, especially the wonderful Tamzin who is just fantastic with Kobe every time. Tamzin and the team are always so accommodating and have always made us and our dog feel very comfortable and welcome.

   The team at beckenham have been doing my dogs grooms since he was a puppy and they’ve always done a brilliant job. My dog is anxious and they’ve always been pros at getting him to settle and enjoy his groom. He’s always so happy (and handsome!) when we pick him up.

   Thank you SO very much for the help I and Archie received yesterday. The young lady who groomed Archie was kind and sympathetic towards me as I was very tearful due to my boy having a flea problem and looked awful. Today Archie is really comfortable with NO scratching - a wonderful job done Thank you xx

   My dog endured cuts and razor burns during his groom at love my hound around 3 weeks ago. He was prescribed cream by vet who was shocked that grooming had caused such injuries. My dog is traumatised by the experience, he is now nervous and frightened of people. Love my hound advised I email complaint and they offered to check CCTV of the groom, after 3 emails I’m still awaiting a response. £54 for groom, £84 for vet and a traumatised dog!

   Brought my Binkie in for her first full groom the other day (after having both her puppy grooms done at Love My Hound as well) and Louisa did such an amazing job. Binkie can be quite nervous around people she doesn’t know and you can tell lots of care and detail went into the groom. Already booked in for her next one :)
