They do not deserve 1 star! I ordered some frozen food online, which was supposed to be Click & Collect in 1 hour. 2 hours later, I'd heard nothing, so I called the store. They said they hadn't received the C&C email yet, but to drive over anyway, and they'd sort it out. I did, only to be told they had zero stock of that food. They said they'd call me back as soon as they heard from HO. No-one called me. I subsequently left a review on Trustpilot that received an automated response with no apology. Trustpilot then requested that I send further details, which I immediately supplied, yet no-one from Jollyes has had the decency to contact me (I don't have voicemail activated, so they cannot use that as an excuse). 3 days gone and I have no idea if I'll ever see my order or when my refund will be issued. This is by far the worst customer 'service' I have ever experienced.

Fraudulent charge on my United States credit card! Perhaps someone connected is affiliated with Jollyes? I had to cancel my card AND found out this is not an isolated incident with Jollyes Pet stores in the UK. A message was also sent to Jollyes for further investigation as I have never even heard of this establishment

Very disappointed with my local jollyes in Reading went in to by some pet essentials just to see 2 poor guinea pigs stuck in a tight tiny cage with no fresh food or hay when it clearly states on the description on how to care for them that they should have a variety of fresh veg and hay when they had neither when I spoke to the store manager she said that it was only temporary until they are brought I asked had they been in there all day and she had said ‘yes’ I feel so sorry for these poor guinea pigs they also had 2 hamsters in a cage with a tiny amount of bedding and one of the hamsters was constantly scratching at the bottom of the glass cage. I am very disappointed in this store even pets at home give there animals more room and a much bigger breathable area

Mandy was so supportive, we've just lost our lovely Lola and needed a comfort bed for our Tigen (little dog). Mandy helped me pick a suitable snuggly one... she was so kind and even took me and served me on an extra till so I didn't have to wait in queue. This was more than customer service, it was comfort and compassion... It means so much when someone takes the time to really make someone feel hugged. Tigen loves her bed and feels hugged when she sleeps in it.

I don't often do this but I feel that Sarah Brider from the Thetford Store needs some recognition for what she has done for me today. I contacted the store in desperation because in these very peculiar times, I was having difficulty obtaining my cats food, whom I hasten to add, is very pedantic with her eating habits. I had tried everywhere in an attempt to purchase it but there was literally none anywhere, save for one box in Kings Lynn. Sarah very kindly offered to reserve the box on my behalf, to collect it from that store for me and then to bring it back to Thetford for my collection. This act of kindness should not go unrecognized as I feel that Sarah went above and beyond what was expected of her. She is a credit to Jollyes Store. People are very quick to criticize the actions of others but appear reluctant to praise them where credit is due. Thank you so much Sarah for your kindness..............my cat is so happy now and so am I as she is now eating her favourite food again!!
