If I could leave a 0 star review I would, I paid for a tank that has never been received, the phone number and email are fakes and do not connect to anything, they keep in contact via facebook before payment was made and then after I have heard nothing from them a massive scam. Please look at the trustpilot reviews for my cases like mine
Do not buy anything from this company. I'm still waiting for my aquarium I ordered 6 weeks ago. I've not recieved any further updates since then. They also wont return my messages which is very frustrating.
I received an aquarium today. The driver helped to unload a large aquarium and bring it home, I am very pleased with the quality and service, but I waited a while for the aquarium for over a month. I recommend the aquarium because it is of good quality.
You asked me to write you opinions, so I am writing. I was waiting for the aquarium for over 8 weeks, it was supposed to be 5 weeks of waiting. I received the aquarium and it is of good quality, but the waiting time is a joke, I understand that you may have delays, but inform your customers about it beforehand, not when someone asks what is with their order. Overall good aquarium quality but improve customer communication and waiting times.
I used the services a few months ago and was asked to write a review. The aquarium is what I wanted, I was waiting for aquarium with stand about 5 weeks, it's a good time and a good price. The quality of the aquarium is great and I am happy and recommend it to anyone worth the wait. Thanks
