   Spoke to a guy who said text me the details. I did and received a reply which said “Okay all booked in”. No taxi arrived and left us stranded. Tried to ring and text, no one answered or replied. I do not understand why I have to give this firm one star to complete this review?

   Booked 2 taxis in advance for our daughter's 18th birthday meal, to a local pub abd back early on a Saturday evening, as it was for 7 people, double checked and was told 2 taxis would arrive and for pick up, instead a total no show and despite constant ringing there was then also no answer. In the end my husband did double trips to get the elderly grandparents and us all down and back, totally bad start to what should have been a celebratory evening and being late we couldn't have a pre-dinner drink and my husband couldn't toast his daughter at her 18th. Totally unacceptable and disgusted. And yes, we did book with you as took the phone number to the grandparents where we were supposed to be picked up, you have no excuse. Would do zero stars if possible

   Booked a taxi to pick us up from Bristol airport early this morning and had confirmation by text that it was all booked. No one showed up which is really unacceptable. Thankfully Arrow Taxis were there to help.

   Fantastic service. What a gent Sid is, pleasant, keeps you up to date, he was on time, had some great meaningful chat, and really was a fun drive to the airport. I booked him on the way back as well because I enjoyed the trip over so much. I totally recommend HS cars.
