Just love the Fitness Centre/ Leisure club in Coventry. The classes are run by such fit and friendly team. The variety of the classes means thereβs something for everyone and are just so enjoyable. The pool offers a relaxing atmosphere as well as being warm and welcoming. The facilities are kept up to date and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Village Hotel Coventry and would happily return. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference.

I have seen a few good reviews with regards to food at the village, so I just wanted to try and level things up. I have eaten there when it is busy and quiet and every time the food is way below average. You wouldn't mind if the menu was challenging, but it is very limited and very difficult for a good chef to get wrong. The bar staff also need lessons on how to pull a decent pint.

I am rating just the Pub & Grill at the Village Hotel, Coventry in my review here, as for some reason only known to Google Maps, the Pub & Grill location shows in a nearby industrial unit when searched for. I booked a dartboard at the hotel today for a fried and myself to play for an hour or two. We were greeted by Sam at the bar who confirmed my booking, and set us up at the board. We had a couple of issues in that's the board automatic scoring system needed re-calibrating twice as it was showing darts landing in the wrong areas of the board. Sam was very quick to come over and do this for us and was always very friendly and courteous. After the second re-calibration everything worked fine. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of playing darts in the Pub & Grill, and I will definitely be returning. Many thanks to Sam too for her help, and pleasant and professional manner.

Great weekend deal for price on Sunday. Access to gym, and the food for breakfast and dinner package was easily worth it. Bed was large and comfy, easily fit 2. not overly extra space in room but thatβs ok. Bathroom was large and good water pressure. Beware they do give a knock at 10:30am to let you know theyβre about to start cleaning rooms for next people, unless someone randomly knocked we assumed thatβs what it was. Gave us a chuckle. 5/5. Would definitely stay at again

We used the village hotel for a ball function. The staff in preparation with very communicative and helpful. They genuinely seemed to care and want our event to be the best it possibly could be. During the actual event, the staff were all very friendly, the room was BEAUTIFUL. Everything was exactly how we'd requested, ample size and the decorations were stunning. The highlight of the evening was definately the food. Despite somewhat limited options, the food was a decent size and absolutely delicious with everyone being very satisfied by the end!

Have stayed in other Village hotels and this one was probably the more dated one, however I was still very happy with both of our rooms and the staff we came across were looking extremely helpful and friendly. I didnβt use the pool on this occasion as there were restrictions for kids swim, therefore was a bit difficult to plan around this. The pool did look lovely with a nice jacuzzi. My husband used the gym and he said it is the best hotel gym he has come across with plenty of equipment and spaces. Plenty of parking and a good Starbucks on site to. We would come again. Just need to modernise the room a little for the 5 star.

Not the most up to date rooms, that could do with some minor repairs/refurb (particularly the windows) but the comfiest bed meant we had a really good night's sleep. The staff are very thoughtful and attentive, making my partner's birthday that little bit more special, with a generous gesture from the management of a voucher towards food/drink. I always enjoy staying with Village, having visited a few locations now. We'd stay again if we're visiting the area in future.

Stayed for one night whilst on a business trip. The hotel is in a good location with easy a cess to other parts of Coventry. Check-in was ok. Annoyingly, like many hotels now it has an electronic check- in that you fill in whilst a member of staff watches who could just have easily checked you in taking less than half the time. The room was spacious and generally clean. The bed was very wide and the shower a decent size. The downside of the room for.me was the fact that the window didn't close properly and so I was keep awake for most of my the night with the sound of wind, traffic and rainwater dripping onto the flat roof just outside the window. Lighting in the room is also quite poor. In the night you get one light over the door and a single beside lamp. The TV was a decent size. Food in the evening was good. Pleasant service and also surprisingly quick. No issues there and good value for money.
