If I could give more than 5* I would!! Had my daughters 4th birthday party here today and can honestly say, every single child that come (even the older few) all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Service was fabulous, they went above and beyond for her. Thank you all so much for being so accommodating! Hayley

Me and our friend took our 10/11 month olds and overall were really impressed . It was clean and tidy upon arrival. Food was decent and staff were knowledgeable and helpful with allergens. They have a great baby section! Only down side is that the tots section is 0-4 not 0-2 like most centre so there were 4 year old running wild with little ones on the floor, twice i there was an older boy that nearly fell on her.

Went to meet with friends and let the kids have a play. All was going well then my son (10) came down and said some kid has stolen his socks, we did manage to get these back after trying to find this little boy for 5 minutes or so as he was hiding. 15 minutes go by to then witness this child attacking and physically punching my 4 year old in the face and throwing him to the floor. Which many kids witnessed. Leaving some kids crying. We go over as parents and try and find out what went on but this kid who was hitting my son ran off, we then approached the manager about this to find out it's her friends son who is physically assaulting mine, we got told he didn't hit anyone after being told by many different children he did, she did not go over and see if my son was OK, nothing and got told it's OK but he has ADHD and Autism, it's not OK, we feel if a child who is clearly violent, regardless of issues should not be left unattended in a play centre where young children play, I would like to add this little boy is about 10. We then ask for the mangers name which she refused to give me then we got asked to leave. Also got accused of breaking her sons headphones etc when it clearly states no technology to be worn or used but it's acceptable for her friends children I also work with neuro diverse group as volunteer once a week so I do understand but having issues is not an excuse to be physical, if so they should not be unattended around young children and babies. The manager and friend were then seen talking and laughing about us as we are leaving. Not once did we get asked about my children welfare etc just got laughed at, I would avoid this place and I'll never return, shocking, shocking. Shocking! Gutted and angry! Horrible staff, apart from a young boy who served us our food etc.

Cannot fault the staff and facilities at Jelly Totz. We go at least once a week and my 2 year old loves it there. It’s the cleanest soft play around (we’ve been to all of the local ones) and by far the best value for money. We recently celebrated my little boy’s birthday party and all that attended said how amazing it was. It ran smoothly, nothing was too much trouble and the food for the children was served promptly. Thank you for making such a fuss of my boy, it’s really appreciated!

Brilliant play centre especially for parties! Call in to ask about party packages - really good value and took a lot of stress off of us having our 4 year old's party.

Bright clean lots of fun things to climb and slide on for kids. Separate play area for toddlers also well equipped. Plenty of seating for adults to keep a watchful eye on the kids. Nice food and drink though service can be slow when busy.

My little one’s favourite play centre. Food is nice compared to other centres and not more than others. Main negative is that it’s a black spot for phone signal and the Wi-Fi struggles to connect as everyone uses it. Can highly recommend the party’s and a day out for young kids and 2-8. Very highly recommended

More expensive to enter than most play centres, however this one is cleaner and fresher than others. Each session comes with a character (peppa pig etc) experience too. Good menu which is reasonably priced.

Lovely place with good soft play and facilities. Numbers are controlled and you have to prebook but it's never stupidly busy like some which is a big plus. Food and drink are good and reasonable too

Tried Jelly Totz for the first time today with my almost 2 year old and we absolutely loved it! Clean, colourful, spacious but still small enough to keep eyes on my son at all times. Polite, cheerful and helpful staff, secure gate system and lovely selection of food and drinks at decent prices. Hygienic toilets and baby changing facilities. A Peppa Pig mascot showed up today too and sang songs and danced with the children which my son really enjoyed, apparently Jelly Totz makes this a regular thing with a variety of mascots on different days. We will definitely make this one of our regular places!
