A family friend sent their under one year old baby here for a little bit but swiftly pulled him out due to staffs lack of care. Upon picking up time, the baby’s nose was snotty and you could tell that it had not been wiped much due to the staffs lack of care. The baby was due a bottle of milk, which staff were supposed to give to him but did not due to the reason ‘they didn’t think he needed it’ which completely disregards the mums instructions for the baby’s routine. It seemed as if not much attention was given to the baby. These sorts of things would not slide in other nurseries.

The staff here were really lovely. We had a young lad staying with us who had some challenging behaviours. The staff were very kind and understanding. They gave us daily feedback on his progress. In just a couple of weeks we all saw a great improvement. He loved going every day, and he loved the food and activities. He was so proud of his achievements at the end of each day, and couldn't wait to return the next day! Thanks to all the staff, you do a wonderful job!

Lovely nursery, with kind caring staff, and lots of fun activities. Set in a lovely location, there is lots of outside space for the children to play in, and they go out on trip regularly. They also do great wrap - around care . A great nursery!

My daughter attends once a week over at Castleview and she loves it. She started during the pandemic and it has done wonders for her. Having no baby classes to go to I was worried about her social development & can honestly say She’s come on leaps and bounds in such a short space of time. Having worked in nurseries I can honestly say this is the only nursery I considered for my own daughter and haven’t looked back. Staff are lovely and friendly and will always go above and beyond. . The food is lovely and the communication is through an app which I love as I can check it remotely and see what and how she’s eaten today.

I completed my work experience at this nursery and had an amazing time! The staff were extremely helpful and kind and made the whole experience one step better. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone wishing their child to receive the best care.

Great nursery with lots of fun activities. My daughter’s speech and overcoming shyness has come a long way since joining the laurels. I particularly like that the kids can interact with the chickens and rabbits. My daughter really enjoys helping to feed the chickens. The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
