   Descent quality for the price . Ordered 2 cabinets on September 15th got 1 on 31st of October. Had to wait until start of December for other 1 , then still had to wait another week for the doors. They have to change their couriers. Kept telling me I’d get them soon and expect you just to be in when stuff arrives. Not good enough , they have to get better at keeping you informed with delivery.

   Waited for my purchase 10 weeks instead of 6 when it arrived dimensions were different by 4 cm in width then waited 2weeks for refund do not recommend

   The furniture is nice but the quality is terrible. Furthermore, I received one of the two pieces of furniture I ordered with the wrong piece. I understand that it can happen and I didn't complain at all. I received the right part two months after ordering and they offered me a partial refund for the wait. Well, after receiving the piece they disappeared. It's not for the money, but for the mockery. Don't offer these options if you don't want to give them. Furthermore, the mobile has several defects, not very visible but they are there. I don't recommend it

   FurniComp have exceeded my expectations! I am so impressed. On the website it said upto 10 days for delivery but I received a call the day after I placed the order to say that the dining table could be delivered the next day. The delivery drivers were very polite. Fantastic customer service. I was a bit sceptical about ordering a dining table online especially because the price was so good but I am so pleased with the purchase and my mum absolutely loves it (it was a gift for her). The dining table extends to seat 8 people and conveniently tucks away to save space. Highly recommend.

   Bought a wardrobe from them, broke within a couple months of use. They refuse to send me out a replacement part, have been ignoring my emails. They say its the RM strikes but (although delayed) I have received things that I ordered even after I requested this part and it was been well over a month. When I have questioned them on this, they have conveniently started ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY - terrible quality, terrible customer service and refuse to rectify mistakes.

   This company has been given 5 stars by me as they are thoughtful and went beyond any company I've ever purchased from.. I did have a problem with the carrier that initially was used ..... XDP!!! Still waiting on original purchase since May 6th. After contacting Furnicomp they were so apologetic and had a new item shipped to me within 2 days, which arrived swiftly. Thanks again, Customer Service is fantastic!!!

   I am so impressed with the service from ordering through to delivery. I didn't have to wait long and when the product arrived it was extremely well packaged everything inside was protected from damage. I was a bit dubious about getting flat packed furniture but it is very good quality and I managed to assemble it myself I am delighted with the result and would highly recommend this company to anyone
