   I booked a taxi for today to take me to a 70th birthday party at a local Portishead restaurant. The taxi was booked for 12:30 pm and at 12:28 pm. I received a telephone call telling me that they would not be coming because the driver had a flat tire and the next available driver was 4:30 pm.!!

   Absolutely awful. 5 bookings over a 6 month period. Not a single one showed up at all, no warnings that they couldnt do it until the exact time of the booking, even after calling hours ahead to ensure they had the booking. They have left me stranded at middle of nowhere many times due to the shere incompetence of this company. NEVER EVER USE THEM

   Booked a taxi to the airport with three weeks notice. Was told it was going to be significantly delayed five minutes before it was supposed to arrive. Without family help we wouldn't have made it. Don't bother booking as it's a complete waste of time! We're now looking at paying for something significantly more expensive for our return journey because everywhere is now booked up. Disgusted.

   Booked a taxi 12 hours in advance for pickup at midnight for a Sunday wedding we were attending. Our booking got cancelled by Techxi at 23:35, along with another booked by friends at the same time. In the cancellation message it said to call them to rebook, which I did, to be told they didn't have any drivers. I asked the person at Techxi what he'd do now we're stuck at the wedding venue, who suggested we go onto Google to find another company. At 23:45... On a Sunday...! Managed to get a local company to help us out last minute with the help from the wedding venues night staff, only to be called back by Techxi to tell me he had just woken up one of their drivers and he was on his way to pick us up. Yeahhhh.... It was politely declined. Much to his annoyance.
