   Just purchased a bed / mattress for my daughter. Initially, as soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by Kushali and asked if we needed any assistance. Very polite, smiled and courteous lady. My daughter tried the mattress machine and we went on from there. We chose the bed/ mattress she liked and suitable for her needs. Before sorting out the paperwork/ payment, we were offered a hot drink by Kushali which was a very nice gesture and very thoughtful of Dreams. Overall, great service, staff, cleanliness of the shop etc. our grateful thanks to Kushali. 5 Stars for sure.

   We were greeted by Shani from the moment we walked in and she delivered outstanding service from start to finish. She answered all our questions and was very patient and made us feel extremely welcome and well informed of all our options before making a purchase. I walked in to just browse in all honesty, but her attitude and great mannerism is what made me decide to spend my money with the store. She helped us find a great deal that suited all our needs and even helped arrange delivery for us. The whole process was very streamlined and smooth overall. Shani is an asset to the business. Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone.

   Bought a mattress from this branch. AMAZING customer service. We havent actually received the mattress yet but not only did we love everything in this store, Jerome was just the nicest and most helpful salesperson I have ever encountered in a mattress store, and I have been to quite a few. I'll leave a review on the delivery service and the actual quality of the mattress when we receive ours, but this review is specifically for Jerome and how wonderful it was to shop with him.
