Well , I have been at this surgery for 31 years , I've always found the receptionists to be realy helpfull and approachable I've been lucky to have fairly good health until this last year Twice now I've seen doctor nemie (i think thats how you spell her name ) the last time I left the surgery feeling like i was a nuisance, that I shouldn't have been there , I found her rude , obnoxious and extremely uncaring When I left the surgery I realy felt unsure of what to do , so I have now left and joined a different surgery! My advice would be not to go there at all .(shame doctor mc alpine retired)

Rubbish surgery! Avoid at any costs! Very rude GPβs and nurses. They donβt care about your time and your health problems. I booked a simple procedure that a nurse didnβt know how to do properly and she only caused me a lot of pain! Then I booked it with GP. He kept me waiting in the doctorβs room for 5 minutes as he was on the phone during my appointment. Then he said I need to book another appointment with him and a nurse! Just wasted a lot of time and havenβt received the promised treatment at all! I am not booking another appointment! I am simply leaving this surgery!

At first when I read peoples reviews i was worried where am I going to? The nurse at this surgery was recommended to me from the nurse at my surgery due to her gynaecology background. Where I had no hope of getting a diagnoses or any referral by my own GP for 2 years. the nurse was wonderful, she quickly wrote a referral to the appropriate clinic and gave me a sense of hope and relief. The receptionist are friendly and I was seen very quick. You shouldn't really go by others opinions or reviews, you need to experience anything yourself

Can't really complain. Wide range of clinical staff for different things to allow everyone to be seen in time. Booking appointment is very simple as don't have to stay on phone for few hours. Been seen by Paramedic Doctor few times who was equally as competent as any other GP I've seen and was able to sort me out. They also have a physio to deal with any muscle/bone issues.

Excellent practice all staff and GPs are most helpful. I LOVE each and one of the receptionist, Karen, Shirly, I mean everyone there are so friendly.I been with them for more then 4 years now, not once I was let down by anyone. Anything I need or need to be seen they get me in. All the GP there are most caring and helpful GP. I am lucky to be part of this surgery, I always recommend my family and friends to go there.Lipi

Nene is the best doctor. Unfortunately she is not every day in this surgery. She is always very polite and friendly, always with a smile on her face. She deserves 5 stars. The rest of the doctors and staff do not deserve more than 2 stars. The receptionist criticised me a lot as I called once for my baby about some health problems and i forget to mention that he is constipated and I need some Lactulose syrop. I called back later, and she asked me rude how did I forget about this and what kind of mother I am, being angry on me that I called her back for a second appointment. When you sleeping just a few hours a day as a mother of 2 months baby, it's really hard to remember everything. During my appointment and I took my baby as well. Asked the doctor for an advice regarding my babie's nail and he said to me that he doesn't want to look at him and that I need to book another appointment next day. I just needed a simple advice. They need to me more human. Really disappointed that there is no parking spaces for the patients, just for gp and it's hard to find a parking space on the street. Also, there is no changing table for the babies, so be prepared. Every time when I came I waited for more than 10 minutes. They never respect the appointment time.

Not a very good surgery if you are dropping off elderly people with mobility issues as parking is zero.

Is one star because there is no option for ZERO star as the doctors in this surgery they have ZERO qualifications and they are very rude with patients as well. When we complaint about their service the answer was "if you are not happy you can change your GP". Also they don't care about the patients at all. Disgraceful that is!

Not a good GP practices to register with unless youβre desperate. No matter how many times I requested (5) them to update my patient record with medication Iβm allergic to I was persistently told it will be done and it was never done. Its now an issue when I access other health services.

Worst Gp in all over Coventry, they always recruit F grade Doctors, who don't know what they are doing, some of them were sacked from the medical profession and are under supervision and some of them came back from a long suspended for years. The Receptionist is rude and always treats in discriminatory way for the minority patients whom English is not their first language. I hope the Watchdogs would closely investigate this GP
